Andy has drawn experience from several businesses. He has managed apprenticeship recruitment models and consultancy delivery models across the UK and US.
In his spare time he is running, dog walking or doing his children’s homework aka Fortnite. He's actually a trained journalist so ask him to help you write a promotional story.

After graduating in Marketing, Hannah took a management path by delivering projects in the public sector and managed ‘return to employment’ schemes for ex-offenders.
More recently Hannah managed the back office of a consultancy firm in the UK. In her spare time, she 'enjoys' being a general taxi service and keeping fit. Also a qualified children's yoga teacher!

James worked in advertising and design agencies in the earlier part of his career, later moving into the start-up and crowdfunding industry.
He drives a BMW i3 and is an electric car enthusiast, recently co-founding


Don has served the area of Greater Los Angeles as a litigator for more than 30 years and his track record illustrates commitment to providing exceptional legal services to each of his clients.
He operates his social and business life with heart, mind and spirit.


Having twenty years programming experience across sectors including aviation, film and banking Stephen has experienced life as a contractor and programme manager requiring contractors. Operating as CTO he brings critical systems planning and development to 6prog.
Spare time doesn't factor with two children and two dogs to manage.


Ray began programming as a school boy on an IBM 360 and has not stopped since! He has developed software for many industries, focussing recently on data-driven sport websites.
A keen orienteer, he is often an official taking responsibility for 3500 competitors at the largest UK events. Spare time is devoted to climbing hills and ticking off trig points.

Birendra is an entrepreneurial banking and FS technology executive working at the intersection of banks and Fintechs. His expertise spans Capital Markets, Transaction Banking and Wealth Management with a particular focus on Digital and FinTech.
He was previously CIO Commercial Banking at Lloyds and Managing Director, CIO, Global Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities at Citibank. He has been an advisor to many startups and is now Managing Partner of Envision Consultants. He served as Chair of the REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) network at Lloyds. He is a keen cricket fan.


Lee has over 20 years experience in financial services and 14 years as a personal and corporate coach. Her background ranges from technical expertise gained in data centres and trade floors, to strategic partner as Chief Operating Officer to the Chief Technology Officer and Emerging Markets Technology.
She has degrees in Law and American Studies from Keele University, qualified as a coach with the Coaching Academy in 2004, is ITIL qualified and has the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Lee enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, enjoying a life that involves a singing, dancing in the kitchen, reading and going to the beach whenever possible.

David is a result driven senior change professional with extensive experience delivering business and technology transformation across the full project lifecycle. He has a proven ability to establish rapport with C-suite decision makers, within business and technology, managing complex programme deliveries, and adapting to shifting business priorities. David has key skills in large scale transformational change management, guiding and customising Infrastructure, digital and mobile systems deployment, and senior stakeholder engagement. David has specialist knowledge in foreign exchange and international payments, FX risk and pricing, financial technology, trading systems (especially for FX and payments), and Wealth Management.
David is PRINCE 2 Practitioner qualified, holds a BA (York) and an MA (Lehigh, Pennsylvania) in Economics. He likes to travel both for both work and for pleasure, especially to Asia in recent years.
